New Order Policy for 2025

When placing an order, your Shipping Address must match your Billing Address.
Orders received with non-matching addresses may be cancelled.

This policy has been implemented to combat fraudulent orders.  There has been a significant increase in attempts to purchase our products using stolen credit card information.

We review every order to determine legitimacy.
^{We understand that some would prefer to receive a package at work, instead of being left at an unattended residence.}

What will cause a processing delay:
- Billing and Shipping addresses in different states.

What will not cause a processing delay:
- Billing address is a P.O. Box in the same city/state as the shipping address.

If you do NOT receive a cancellation notice, then your order is still valid and will be processed.
