Barrels
Shaw engineers only premium grade barrels made by skilled craftsmen with years of experience, and utilizing the latest technology and metals. All ERS-15 barrels are made from high quality 416R stainless available in either a matte or polished finish. Barrel lengths range from 16 to 22 inch H-Bar contours, all available with two different fluting options: straight or helical, in either 5.56 NATO, 223 Wylde, 6mm ARC, 6.5 Grendel, 300 AAC Blackout, 300 HAM'R, or 350 Legend.
Handguards

All ERS-15 Rifles come with our all-new Shaw M-Lok free float handguards. Handguards have full length picatinny top rails and multiple M-Lok slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions. Anti-rotation tabs ensure a solid fit and Type lll, Class ll hard coat anodizing provide excellent wear resistance. |

Uppers and Lowers

The uppers are expertly machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum forgings, and feature an attractive matte black anodized finish or Cerakote, with M4 feed ramps. All quality lowers are machined from 7075-T6 Aluminum forgings and precision wire EDM Magwell to avoid the stresses and distortion from broaching.
